I look forward to working with you as part of your health care regimen and journey to wellness.

I grew up in a small farming community in the West and have lived many places since, both large cities and smaller towns all over the world. I enjoy playing tennis, gardening, yoga, reading, traveling, cooking, and making people feel good!

My journey into the natural healing world began with essential oils which are an integral part of my practice.  I began using them extensively while learning a specialized form of Reflexology called "foot zoning". I completed a course of study with a private foot zone school in 2005 and practiced foot zoning over the next several years with good therapeutic results for my clients.

Wanting to learn more, I enrolled in massage therapy school. I graduated from Myotherapy College of Utah in 2010, with over 1,000 hours of training in massage techniques resulting in me becoming a licensed massage therapist. The following year I focused on Spinal Touch Therapy, completing an advanced clinical externship under the guidance of Michelle Kruger, a highly respected practitioner in Utah who was trained by James W. Foster one of the pioneers of Spinal Touch technique. I continue to learn and expand my skills by taking regular courses
