THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE FOR EVERY PART OF YOUR BODY
Spinal Touch is a powerful, unique and very effective light touch technique for treating chronic and acute pain. Bodies have an innate healing ability which is mediated through the nervous system. If the nervous system is working properly then the body can maintain a state of wellbeing and won't need the intervention of pain treatments, drugs, or surgery. Spinal Touch retrains the body to relax and improve as a whole, even when a person is receiving treatment for one specific problem.
Muscles move bones; bones do not move muscles and with just the light touch of the fingers, the muscles are activated, causing a definite movement of the body's center of gravity towards your natural position. Posture is probably the most neglected and least understood key in the total health of the body. At birth, the curvatures of the spine are normal. As we grow, they start to lose their primary function; this is often caused from falls, stress, slumping, accidents, lack of exercise, poor diet, aging and gravity. If these things are continuous, then the body starts to make compensating changes. The secret to a complete and healthy life is to break the cycle of bad habits somewhere along the way. Spinal Touch stops all the serious troubles from progressing any further, thus you can get well, gradually restoring your body to its most healthy state.
Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on approach that releases tensions deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction while improving whole-body health and performance. Using a soft touch which is generally no greater than 5 grams, about the weight of a nickel, practitioners release restrictions in the soft tissues that surround the central nervous system. CST is increasingly used as a preventive health measure for its ability to bolster resistance to disease, and its effectiveness for a wide range of medical problems associated with pain and dysfunction. With a light touch, the CST practitioner uses his or her hands to evaluate the craniosacral system by gently feeling various locations of the body to test for the ease of motion and rhythm of the cerebrospinal fluid pulsing around the brain and spinal cord. Soft-touch techniques are then used to release restrictions in any tissues influencing the craniosacral system. By normalizing the environment around the brain and spinal cord and enhancing the body's ability to self-correct, Craniosacral Therapy can alleviate a wide variety of dysfunctions, from chronic pain and sports injuries to stroke and neurological impairment. Craniosacral Therapy is very good for children. Among other conditions, Craniosacral Therapy addresses…

"Viscera" relates to the internal organs of the body, such as the liver, kidneys and intestines. Visceral Manipulation is a gentle manual therapy that aids your body's ability to release restrictions and unhealthy compensations that cause pain and dysfunction. Visceral Manipulation, or VM, does not focus solely on the site of pain or dysfunction, but evaluates the entire body to find the source of the problem. When the therapist feels altered or decreased motion within the viscera, as well as restrictive patterns throughout the body, VM techniques are applied. VM therapy re-establishes motility within the organs to allow them to function properly and restore vitality.
FOOT ZONE THERAPY
Foot Zone Therapy is precise, directed pressure to the various zones of the feet which creates balance. I observe the foot and interpret the messages it conveys through discoloration, texture and tenderness. When a signal point is triggered within a certain zone, a message goes to the tissue or organ affected, through a reflex arc along the spinal cord and then to the brain. Foot Discomfort is experienced in the areas of imbalance where healing is needed.
Foot Zone Therapy stimulates every organ and renews the cell system in each treatment. Foot Zone Therapy is a holistic approach which recognizes that all of the body's cells and organs make up a complex and interactive organism.
Integrative massage combines two or more of the modalities listed to restore your body to its peak performance.
Lymphatic drainage massage is a form of gentle massage that encourages the movement of lymph fluids around the body. The lymphatic system helps remove waste and toxins from the bodily tissues. Some health conditions can cause lymph fluid to build up. Lymph Drainage is beneficial in helping those with compromised lymph systems, pre- and post surgery, and swelling from injuries.
